Andun Sameera Liyanagunawardana

Andun Sameera Liyanagunawardana has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they were a Trainee Software Engineer at WSO2. In 2013, they were a Visiting Instructor at the University of Moratuwa, a Google Summer of Code Student at The Apache Software Foundation, and a Google Code-In Mentor at FOSSASIA. In 2014, they were a Co-Founder & Principal Engineer at Emovyz and a Co-Founder & Principal Engineer at Emojot Inc. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder & Engineering Director at Emojot Inc. and a Final Year Project Supervisor at the Centre for Open Distance Learning, University of Moratuwa.

Andun Sameera Liyanagunawardana attended Sri Dharmarama Kanishta Vidyalaya from 1994 to 1998 for primary education. Andun Sameera then attended St. Aloysius' College from 1999 to 2007 for Mathamatics Stream. In 2008, they obtained a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) certification from Sun Microsystems. Andun Sameera went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Moratuwa from 2009 to 2014.
