Brian Chin's work experience starts from 2007 with the United States Air Force, where they worked as a Procuring Contracting Officer, Deputy Commander and Contracting Officer/Team Lead. In 2013, they joined SAIC as a Sr. Acquisitions Manager and Program Team Lead, and later served as Lead Acquisitions Manager for the NRO Office of Space Launch.

In 2018, they joined Optimum Technologies LLC, where they served as Director of Contracts, providing space systems acquisition and strategic business advisory services to Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems.

Currently, Chin is the CFO of Emolbi, an employee-owned aerospace consulting firm focused on the development and launch of cutting-edge satellites and advanced space technologies. Brian'sresponsibilities include providing leadership, direction, and management of corporate finances and financial forecasting, and affordability analysis of capital expenditures, contract rates, salaries, bonuses. Besides, they serve on the Board of Directors to advise, govern, and oversee corporate policy decisions and provide strategic direction for the company.

Brian Chin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management at the United States Air Force Academy in 2007. In 2008 they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from William & Mary and graduated in 2010. Brian earned their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016. Presently, Brian is enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have a certification in Certified Federal Contracts Manager from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
