Anna Viner has had a varied work experience. Anna began their career in 2014 as a Web & Social Media Manager for Heartbeat Events. In 2015, they moved to Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts as a Project Manager in e-commerce. In 2016, they joined trivago as a Business Analyst, Account Manager, and Customer Service Representative. In 2019, they were a Customer Success Associate for PICNIC. In 2020, they became a First Line Manager of Customer Service and a Key Clients Service Representative for Teleperformance. Anna is currently a CSM and Project Management for emonitor.
