Mika Miller

Mika Miller began their career in 2012 as an Assistant to the Management at climatop. In this role, they were responsible for customer and partner care, responding to customer inquiries, and executing communication measures such as press releases, newsletters, and website maintenance. In 2014, they moved to myclimate - The Climate Protection Partnership as a Project Employee in Sales, Marketing and Communications. In this role, they were responsible for customer relationship management, preparing marketing and fundraising materials, and participating in campaigns. Mika also conducted and evaluated industry research, competitor analyses, and customer surveys. In 2015, Mika joined Klubschule Migros - Ecole-club Migros - Scuola Club Migros as a Project Employee in Education Management. Here, they worked on the innovation project Schooltas (teaching with the iPad), organized and co-conceived large training events, and developed and evaluated new business models. In 2017, they moved to Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund as a Project Manager for Klubschulen/Freizeitanlagen. In this role, they led national projects, participated in business modeling workshops, and completed a three-month Lean Accelerator Training. Finally, in 2019, Mika joined eMonitor as COO, Leiterin Projekte, and Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung.

Mika Miller obtained a Master's degree in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St.Gallen between 2009 and 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Lean Accelerator - Blue Belt certification from the AfCE - Academy for Corporate Entrepreneurship. In 2009, they also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
