Matt Chacko

Matt Chacko is an experienced professional in commercial real estate, currently working at Emory Hill since April 2021. In addition to this role, Matt has been serving as an adjunct professor in the Arts and Sciences at Wilmington University since August 2011. Previously, Matt was the Director and Partner at BumpOut Audio from 2016 to December 2019. Matt Chacko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, both from Delaware State University.
