Timothy Plemmons

Timothy Plemmons is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at NAI Emory Hill Brokerage Services since November 2014. In addition to this role, Timothy has been active as a Real Estate Investor since August 2006. Prior to these positions, Timothy served as Executive Director at Delaware Greenways, Inc. from June 1999 to September 2006. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia, obtained between 1997 and 1999, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from North Carolina State University, completed in 1995.
