Karina Xu is currently pursuing a degree at Emory University - Goizueta Business School, expected to graduate in 2026. Experience includes a position as a Global Markets Summer Analyst at Societe Generale from June to August 2024, a Private Equity Intern at URP Properties in September and October 2023, and a Trading Analyst at Newbridge Securities Corporation from May to August 2023. Additionally, Karina served as a Teaching Assistant for Accounting 200 and Business 350 at Emory University from January to August 2023.
Emory Impact Investing Group
Founded in 2014, Emory Impact Investing Group (EIIG) is Emory University's only undergraduate student-run impact investing organization. Our mission is to provide microloans to local entrepreneurs who lack access to capital. We aim to close the microbusiness gap in traditionally high poverty areas by increasing the number of successful small businesses. We direct our efforts in pursuit of this goal by providing early-stage financing, knowledge, and networks necessary for the sustainable growth of a business.
