Dan Oberg

Dan Oberg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and consulting. Since February 2011, Dan has served as a Senior Accountant in the Finance: Development and Alumni Relations department at Emory University. Prior to this role, Dan worked for Fiserv from June 1998 to June 2010 as a Senior Implementation Consultant, specializing in data setups and the implementation of accounting software. Dan's earlier positions include Accounting Manager at Alta Telecom, where management of all accounting department functions was essential, and Accounting Supervisor at Norit Americas Inc, overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions. Dan also served as Controller at Consolidated Benefit Services, Inc., managing comprehensive accounting duties as a solo practitioner. Dan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University, earned between 1982 and 1987.
