Dana Schneider

Dana Schneider currently serves as the Director of Research Projects at the Emory Institute for Drug Development, a position held since January 2023. With a robust background in research and development, Dana previously worked as the Manager of Research and Development at Antios Therapeutics and held several roles at Immucor, Inc., including Translational Research Manager and R&D Manager in Assay Development. Dana's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Microbiology from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. Research efforts have included contributions to understanding ribosome function in protein synthesis and the role of microorganisms in lignocellulose degradation.
