George Lunkin

George Lunkin has extensive experience in financial aid and higher education, currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Financial Aid at Emory University since January 2014, with a progression of roles within the university that includes Associate Director, Senior Assistant Director, Assistant Director, and Senior Financial Aid Advisor. Prior to this, George worked as a Financial Aid Consultant at Financial Aid Services, Inc. from September 2008 to December 2013, and held the position of Account Executive at Wells Fargo from May 2007 to August 2008. George's career in financial aid began at Emory University as a Financial Aid Advisor from December 2004 to May 2007, preceded by a role as Readmissions Coordinator/Admissions Counselor at Advanced Career Training from October 2002 to December 2004. George earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Southeastern Louisiana University between 1994 and 1999.
