Mansi Gupta

Mansi Gupta is a Bioinformatics Analyst at Emory University, where collaboration with experimental scientists focuses on studying epigenetic and genetic processes in immune cells. Gupta has significant experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis and visualization, working with various types of data on mouse and human B and T cells. Previously as an ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Gupta developed a bioinformatics pipeline for studying drug resistance mutations in Plasmodium falciparum. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology. Additional roles held include Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, along with various summer trainee positions and teamwork in outreach projects.
