Michael Kloss

Michael Kloss is an accomplished event and protocol professional with extensive experience in higher education. Since 2005, Michael has served as the Assistant Vice President for Emory Events and Chief Protocol Officer at Emory University, where responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of significant events to enhance the university's global reputation. Michael previously held roles such as Executive Director for Advancement and Alumni Engagement Events, and Vice President and Chief of Staff, managing comprehensive operations within the Office of the President. Earlier experience includes directing major public events at the University of Southern California, highlighting a strong background in event strategy and execution. Michael holds a Master of Fine Arts in Writing for Television and Screen from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Honors Liberal Arts from the University of Central Florida.
