Iris Özen

Iris S. has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Life & Business Coach and HR Executive at HR Studio Latam since January 2017, Iris previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Dole Food Company from July 2010 to November 2016, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Iris also held a sustainability role within Fundación Dale Guatemala, contributing to social projection and development programs. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Coordinator at Dole Food Company from November 1997 to November 2009. Iris holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Coaching from ENAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Psychology from Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
