Leslie Juarez has had a diverse work experience. Leslie started their career at Entravision Communications in 2011 as a Creative Services Producer. Leslie then moved to Yelp for Restaurants in 2017, where they held various roles including Elite Account Executive, Sales Training Manager, and Elite Territory Account Manager. In 2019, Leslie joined Toast, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager II. Their most recent role is with Emotive, where they started in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager and progressed to Senior Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Customer Programs Manager at Emotive.

Leslie Juarez earned a Bachelor's degree in Teledramatic Arts and Technology from California State University, Monterey Bay, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they attended San Francisco State University and obtained a Spanish Bilingual Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. In addition to their formal education, Leslie has also obtained various certifications, including "Improving Your Listening Skills," "Key Account Management," and "Sales: Customer Success" from LinkedIn, all acquired in 2020. Leslie also completed the "Certified 200 HR PY Teacher Training" from CorePower Yoga in January 2018.
