Inverter Project Leader at Emotors

Ayoub Aitbehouali has several years of work experience in the automotive industry. Ayoub currently serves as the Inverter Project Leader at Emotors starting from March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Valeo in various roles. From July 2021 to March 2022, Ayoub served as the System Product Technical Leader. As the System Design Leader from March 2020 to June 2021, they were responsible for leading system activities and adapting a generic IBSG 48V product to customer specifications. From October 2018 to March 2020, Ayoub worked as a System Engineer, driving technical and managerial efforts to transform customer needs into product functionalities. Beyond their system engineering role, they supported customers on a daily basis to improve synergy between components. Before that, Ayoub was an Engineer Intern at Valeo from March 2018 to September 2018. During this time, they developed a new solution for rotor position measurement on IBSG and proved its feasibility. Prior to this, Ayoub served as an Ingénieur stagiaire at Valeo from July 2017 to August 2017, where they contributed to the validation project of IBSG 48V alternator starters, preparing machines and test benches, analyzing faults, and synthesizing test results.

Ayoub Aitbehouali has an education history that includes obtaining an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Ayoub attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique (ENSEM) from 2015 to 2018.
