Lionel Claudel

Lionel Claudel has extensive work experience in various roles related to automation, industrial IT, maintenance, and project management. Lionel currently works as an Automation and Industrial IT leader at Nidec PSA emotors since March 2020. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2020, they worked at Lear Corporation as a Responsable ingénierie et maintenance, where they managed the maintenance department and the method department for the automobile seat manufacturing site for Renault Batilly. Their responsibilities included improving availability through maintenance tools and indicators, as well as actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Before joining Lear Corporation, Lionel Claudel worked at Grupo Antolin from 2007 to 2011. Here, they served as a Responsable maintenance, overseeing a team of five people and ensuring high availability for the just-in-time seat manufacturing site for Renault Batilly. Lionel was responsible for planning preventive maintenance, reducing corrective maintenance, managing spare parts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, Lionel worked as an Ingénieur projets at Grupo Antolin from 2007 to 2008.

Prior to their tenure at Grupo Antolin, Lionel Claudia was an Ingénieur chargé d'affaire at SODEREL from 2004 to 2007.

Lionel Claudel's education history is as follows:

From 1996 to 1999, they attended Lycée professionnel Camille Claudel REMIREMONT (88) and obtained a Baccalauréat Professionnel degree in Electrotechnique.

From 1999 to 2001, they studied at Institut Universitaire de Technologie d’EPINAL (88) and received a Diplome Universitaire Technologique in Génie Industriel et Maintenance.

From 2001 to 2002, they attended Institut Universitaires Professionnalisés de la faculté des sciences de NANCY I (54) and obtained a Licence degree in Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle - Option Conduite Automatisé des Systèmes Industriels.

From 2002 to 2003, they pursued their studies at Instituts Universitaires Professionnalisés de la faculté des sciences de NANCY I (54) and earned a Maitrise degree in Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle - Option Conduite Automatisé des Systèmes Industriels.

Finally, in 2003 to 2004, they attended Institut Supérieur d’Informatique et d’Automatique de Lorraine de NANCY I (54) and obtained a DESS diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées in Production, Automatisation et Information.
