Cristian Alvear

Cristian Alvear has extensive experience in product development, production planning, and operations within the manufacturing sector. Since October 2004, Cristian has worked at Empack Flexibles S.A. as an Ingeniero de Desarrollo de Producto, focusing on designing and implementing new product developments and modifications based on client requirements and quality standards. Cristian has also held the positions of Ingeniero De Planificación y Programación, overseeing the production scheduling for the plant, and Jefe de Turno de Producción, supervising plastic products manufacturing to meet production goals. Prior roles include Supervisor De Producción Y Operaciones at Formac S.A., where production oversight in the metal products sector was managed, and Ejecutivo Comercial Y Financiero at Innova Corredores De Seguros, responsible for sales in the insurance and financial services sector. Cristian completed a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, complemented by additional industrial engineering qualifications from the same institution.
