Edward Starks has a background in social work and behavioral health, with experience ranging from case management to fleet and facilities administration. Edward has worked with various organizations such as La Frontera Arizona - Empact SPC, Lifewell Behavioral Wellness, Inc., and Southwest Behavioral Health Services. Edward has also pursued education in Chemical Dependency Counseling and has completed the Landmark Forum.
