Minerva Madrid is a bilingual Suicide Hotline Specialist at La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center. Minerva has previously worked in various administrative roles in government agencies and organizations, including as a Habilitation Services Project Coordinator for the State of Arizona. Minerva holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix.
