Joshua Lowery, M.S., MCA, serves as the Director of Business Development & Compliance at Empact Technologies since October 2023, specializing in IRA Compliance Management software for clean energy projects. Additionally, Joshua holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Texas Responsible Energy, Inc., overseeing solar design and installation services. As President of Sustainable Economics, Joshua focuses on promoting sustainable economic development through compliance software and consulting services. Previous roles include Senior Manager at SkillSmart, Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty and HomeSmart International, and National Manager at B2Gnow. Joshua is a proud member of the 2021 4A Arizona State Champion basketball coaching staff at St. Mary's High School. Joshua possesses extensive academic qualifications, including a Master's in Compliance Administration and a Master of Science in Community and Economic Development.
