Tommy Sutro

Tommy Sutro is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Empact Technologies, Tommy focuses on SaaS solutions for the energy transition, collaborating with various stakeholders in the wholesale renewable energy market. Previous roles include Managing Director of Business Development at Ascend Analytics, where leadership in business development and sales activities was emphasized, and Principal at Signal Ridge Enterprises, LLC, assisting clients across multiple industries. Tommy has also directed power business development at ESAI POWER, managed acquisitions at The Mustang Group, and developed global strategies at Forrester Research Inc. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Denison University and has contributed significantly to the development programs at Groton School.
