Kent Boyer

Kent Boyer is an experienced executive with a robust background in healthcare strategy, business development, and financial management. Currently serving as Operating Partner at Empactful Capital LLC since January 2018, Boyer has held significant roles including Senior Vice President at Optum, where responsibilities encompassed practice acquisitions and product development, and Executive Vice President at both Life and Specialty Ventures, LLC and Wells Fargo, where strategic reorganization and growth initiatives were key focuses. Boyer also founded the Specialty Risk division at Great-West Life and Health, Inc., achieving substantial member growth, and has consulted for various clients in the healthcare sector.
