Michael L. Sanderson is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a robust background in healthcare technology and analytics. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Empactful Capital since July 2022, Sanderson has previously held prominent positions, including CEO and Co-Founder at Medix Infusion, and CEO at PierianDx. With a career spanning over two decades, Sanderson has also contributed significantly as Chief Strategy Officer at ePatientFinder (now Elligo) and Co-Founder of SmartLight Analytics. Sanderson's earlier roles include President of RemitDATA, Executive Vice President at Ciox Health, and Executive Vice President of Sales at QuadraMed Corporation. Sanderson holds a BBA in Marketing from Abilene Christian University and has additional education from the SMU Cox School of Business.
