Thilo Bayrhoffer

Thilo Bayrhoffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and consultancy. They served as Head of Business Development Europe at Synarc SA for a brief period in 2007 and worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2001 to 2004. Thilo has held various senior roles, including Senior Director of U.S. Operations at PharmARC Analytic Solutions and Managing Partner at NOVUMED Life Science Consulting & Advisory. Currently, they are an Executive Advisor and member of the Board at Speratum, as well as Partner and Managing Director at EmPartners, while also contributing as a co-opted member of the Access to Treatment/Generics Task Force for the International League Against Epilepsy. They hold an MBA from the University of Rochester and an MD from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, along with completing a program on negotiation at Harvard Law School.
