Matt Gibbs

Matt Gibbs currently serves as the Director of Facilities Management at Empath Health, a position held since July 2022. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Plant Operations at Broadlawns Medical Center from August 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance and compliance with safety standards. Matt has also worked as the Director of Facilities Services at Mayo Clinic from July 2014 to July 2018, overseeing operational standards at a senior living community. Earlier roles include Director of Plant Operations and Environmental Services at Green Hills Community from 2006 to 2014 and HVAC/Plumbing at Gibbs Plumbing, Heating and Cooling from 1998 to 2006.
