Alejandro Pérez López has over 16 years of experience in software engineering, primarily focused on search technologies. Since February 2011, Alejandro has held key roles at Empathy.co, initially as a Back-End & Search Engineer and currently as a Search Staff Engineer and Back-End Tech Lead, where responsibilities include leading teams in developing high availability search projects. Prior to Empathy.co, Alejandro worked at COMTECSF from May 2007 to February 2011 as a Back-end Developer on J2EE projects for the logistics and distribution sector, and as a Junior Developer focused on front-end development using PHP and CSS. Alejandro obtained a Técnico Superior en desarrollo de aplicaciones informáticas degree from Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro between 2005 and 2007.
