Angel Aguado

Angel Aguado is a highly experienced software engineer and technical leader with a strong background in backend development and cloud services. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead at Empathy.co since May 2022, Angel specializes in technological solutions, process optimization, and strategic decision-making. Previous roles include Engineering Manager overseeing three backend groups and Tech Lead for Java-based projects in banking and retail. Angel has also contributed as a Tech Lead for Java and web applications in custom embedded systems, led Java bootcamp instruction, and provided training in various technologies. With a Computer Science Engineering degree from Universidad de Valladolid, Angel has demonstrated a commitment to teaching and mentoring in software development.
