Aliana Baskin

Aliana Baskin has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Aliana began their career as a Camp Counselor for the City of Carlsbad in 2014. In 2015, they became a Career Specialist at Arizona State University, where they interviewed and hired new applicants, trained new hires, and arranged job fairs for fellow students. In 2017, Aliana worked as a Help Line Advocate for the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence and as an America for AmeriCorps. Aliana then joined Oscar Health in 2018 as a Care Guide/Trainer, where they informed and helped customers with their health care plans as a phone operator in an information call center. In 2019, Aliana worked as a Masa Israel Teaching Fellow, teaching English as a foreign language to elementary school pupils, and as an Education/Usher at LEGOLAND California Resort. Aliana then joined Salaryo in 2020 as a Customer Support Specialist, assisting customers with the online loan approval process. Aliana is currently employed as a Care Manager for Empathy since 2022.

Aliana Baskin earned a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Arizona State University in 2018, after studying Social Work from 2014-2018.
