Prior to that, they had a long-term engagement as a sports coach and consultant from January 2003 to April 2022. In 2016, José-Luis joined Fitnext as a Product Owner, where they managed app and SAAS improvements, conducted user interviews, and collaborated with the Customer Service department. José-Luis also served as a Customer Experience Manager, leading a team of six people and handling user support requests. Before their role at Fitnext, José-Luis worked as a Responsable Espaces Formes at Wellness training - L'activateur de bien-être en entreprise from January 2011 to March 2017. José-Luis began their career as a Professeur de sport at Ministère chargé de l'Éducation nationale in January 2001, a role they held until January 2012.
