Laura Arrazola Lievano

Laura Arrazola Lievano has worked in various roles since 2013. Laura began their career as an Early Childhood Infrastructure Consultant with the Presidencia de la República de Colombia in 2013. Laura then moved to the Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional in 2017, where they served as Presidential Chief of Staff. In 2019, they began working as Head of Latin American Communities at Homeis, and in 2021, they became Head of Community at Empathy.

Laura Arrazola Lievano has an educational background that spans over two decades. Laura obtained their High School Diploma y Bachillerato Colombiano from Colegio Nueva Granada in 2007. Laura then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad de Los Andes in 2013. In 2018, they earned an MBA from IE Business School. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Advanced Management from Yale School of Management in 2019.
