Rafael Ortiz

Rafael Ortiz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, operations, and strategic leadership across various sectors, including ticketing, sports, and healthcare. Currently overseeing international expansion at Vivid Seats, Rafael also serves as a partner and advisor at the European School of Sports and Palco4, providing strategic insights to enhance talent development and ticket management solutions, respectively. Previously, as CEO of MasterChef World, Rafael spearheaded the launch of a global foodtech platform and, as co-founder and CEO of Uncanny, led initiatives in the cannabis industry focused on education and sustainability. Rafael held key positions at eBay, including Director of Business Development & Operations for StubHub, and has a strong background in global market expansion, notably with Ticketbis and Seatwave Limited. Rafael holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and completed an international exchange program at BI Norwegian Business School.
