Jessica H. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at empatiX Consulting, where they focus on building partnerships with clients and providing strategic consulting, insights, design, and tech activation. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Vice President at Rêve Consulting, where they helped people and organizations innovate and grow through strategy and service design. Before that, Jessica held several roles at Engine, including Managing Director, Senior Vice President, and Vice President, where they consulted with leading organizations to find solutions to business challenges and maximize the power of connection. Jessica also has experience at ORC International as the Director of Client Solutions, Senior Director, and Research Consultant. Jessica has previous government experience as a Management/Research Analyst and Special Assistant at DHHS, AoA, and as a Presidential Management Fellow at the Department of Health and Human Services. Jessica began their career as a Graduate Research Fellow at Suffolk University and as a Guest Services Associate at Marriott International.

Jessica H. studied Developmental Psychology and earned a BA from Emmanuel College (Boston). Jessica then pursued a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling (MSMHC) and another Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA), both with a specialization in Psychology, from Suffolk University and Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School respectively.
