Anna Lyander

Anna Lyander is an advisor at Empe Diagnostics. Anna has a background in research and development of rapid molecular diagnostic methods for detection of multidrug- and extensively drug resistant for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Anna has also worked on studies of population structures and transmission patterns of drug-resistant M. tuberculosis in Central Asia.

Anna Lyander completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Karolinska Institutet. Anna also holds a M.Sc. in Molecular Biotechnology Engineering from Uppsala University and another M.Sc. in Molecular Biotechnology Engineering from the University of Sydney.
