Oleg Stefaniuk

Oleg Stefaniuk has a diverse work experience in project management and technical support roles. Oleg worked as a Project Manager at Empeek, where they were responsible for stakeholder management, project planning, documentation gathering, and team management. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Comarch, where their responsibilities included communication with stakeholders, documentation gathering, and supporting CRM and ERP systems. Oleg also had experience as a Project Coordinator at Platform-IT Company, where they were involved in project initiation, planning, and management. Additionally, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at TU Ilmenau, where they were responsible for quality controlling and reporting.

Oleg Stefaniuk holds a Master's degree in CAD from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics', which they obtained between 2012 and 2017. In 2020, they acquired a Scrum Master certification in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP practices) from IT Education Academy. In the same year, they completed a Project Manager certification in Project Management, also from IT Education Academy. In 2016, Oleg completed a Core program in WebUI from CURSOR Education. Prior to that, between 2015 and 2016, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Maschinenbau from the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau. Oleg holds additional certifications such as PM HARD SKILLS 2 and PM HARD SKILLS 1 from IAMPM, obtained in November 2021 and October 2021 respectively. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP practices), Project Management, and Web UI Core from IT Education Academy and CURSOR Education between 2018 and 2016.
