David Sam Kaplan

David Sam Kaplan is an experienced culinary professional and recipe editor currently working at The Daily Meal since April 2018. Kaplan has also served as a bartender at Empellon since February 2016 and briefly held the position of Test Kitchen Extern at Saveur Magazine in late 2017. Prior freelance contributions to recipe development were made for Domino Media Group from July 2015 to September 2016, and Kaplan was an Assistant General Manager at Tipsy Parson from October 2014 to November 2015.
