Jose Luis Icaza

Jose Luis Icaza has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Paige Concepts since September 2021 and as Assistant General Manager at Empellon since September 2017. Previously held positions include Service Manager at STARR Restaurants, F&B Director at Hilton Garden Inn, and F&B Manager at Hotel Intercontinental Times Square, among others. Responsibilities have consistently involved overseeing front-of-house operations, staff training, scheduling, and event coordination. Jose Luis Icaza holds a Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education and is furthering education in wine at the International Wine Center.
