Charla Wood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, financial services, and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Business Partner at Empeople Credit Union since March 2016, Charla has held various roles in the organization, including Learning and Development Business Partner, Call Center Manager, Lead Service Officer, and Service Officer. In addition to this role, Charla is actively involved as a Member of the Board of Directors for Leadher QC and as a Troop Leader for Girl Scouts of the USA. Previous experience includes serving as a Financial Services Officer at Vibrant Credit Union and a Technical Writer at Almon, Inc. Charla holds a Master of Arts in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Western Illinois University, a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from Ashford University, and a Business Management and Marketing degree from Black Hawk College.
