Since January 2018, Jacqueline has been with Empeople Credit Union, serving as AVP of Learning & Development, previously holding positions as Sr. Learning & Development Business Partner and Training Specialist. Prior to this, Jacqueline worked at Vibrant Credit Union from November 2008 to May 2017 in various roles including Experience Development Manager, Talent Development Manager, and Execution Team Member, where responsibilities included developing training programs aligned with strategic goals and facilitating core conversion training. Jacqueline's career began at The Sedona Group as an Account Coordinator from October 2007 to September 2008. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management from St. Ambrose University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Black Hawk College.
