Michael Edwards

Michael Edwards possesses extensive experience in operations management, with a career spanning over three decades across various roles in the financial and service industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Constar Financial/Empereon Marketing since December 2009, Michael oversees multiple collections and tele-sales projects, manages a team of area managers and associates, and implements strategies to enhance call center productivity. Prior to this, Michael held leadership positions at LTD Financial Services, where responsibilities included managing over 100 employees and leading training initiatives, and at United Recovery Systems, where contributions included improving liquidation rates and employee retention. Additional experience includes roles in quality control, credit management, and operations management across several companies, alongside earlier service in the US Navy.
