Lorenza Silvestri

Lorenza Silvestri has held a variety of roles since 2018. Lorenza began their career as an Assistant Marketing Manager at SPICE Research in 2018, then moved to Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore as a Collaboratore di ricerca. In 2019, they became a Community Manager at FeedbackLoop. In 2020, they became a Blog Contributor at Psicologi Digitali - Web Agency. Finally, in 2021, they took on the role of Co-Founder & COO at empethy.

Lorenza Silvestri began their educational journey in 2007 when they attended Liceo Classico Umberto I. In 2012, they enrolled in the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and earned their 1° ciclo - Laurea L in Scienze e Tecniche Psicologiche in 2015. In 2014, they participated in the Erasmus program at the Universidad de Sevilla, studying Psicologia. Lorenza then continued their studies at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they earned their Laurea Magistrale LM in Psicologia del lavoro e delle organizzazioni in 2018. In 2019, Lorenza was certified as a Psicologo by the Ordine degli Psicologi della Lombardia. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a Certificazione Google Digital Training from Google.
