Katarzyna Lebioda is an experienced trainer and manager in the retail sector, currently serving as a Regional Trainer at Empik Group since July 2022. Prior to this, Katarzyna spent nearly 17 years at ORSAY, holding various positions including Area Omnichannel Trainer and Senior Shop Manager. Responsibilities at ORSAY included analyzing training needs, creating training materials, conducting evaluations, and training staff across multiple regions in areas such as customer service and business management. Katarzyna has also led international training programs and contributed to the development of sales processes and customer service standards.
