Katarzyna Witkowska

Katarzyna Witkowska currently serves as Group Category Manager at Empik Group, focusing on the development and implementation of assortment strategies for private brands in both retail and e-commerce, alongside global supplier business development, negotiations, purchasing, budget management, P&L oversight, and team leadership. Prior to this role, Katarzyna held various positions at Trefl S.A. from July 2010 to October 2023, culminating as Head of Product Development where responsibilities included strategy formulation for product development, project process improvement, market commercialization, and risk management. Earlier in the career, Katarzyna worked as Category Manager and Product Manager, driving product performance, managing portfolios, and overseeing product life cycles. Additionally, experience includes serving as an English and Business English Trainer and Translator at Lingo & Berlitz. Educational qualifications encompass postgraduate studies in Business Psychology and Marketing & PR, as well as a Master’s degree in English philology from the University of Gdansk.
