Marek Mielczarek

Marek Mielczarek has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Regional Manager of Top 30 Stores at Empik Group since October 2013. Responsibilities include budgeting, sales management across various Mega store locations, team management, coaching, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Previously, Marek held the position of Hypermarket Manager at Tesco Polska from May 2000 to September 2013, where tasks involved meeting sales targets, cost control, and enhancing customer service standards. Additionally, Marek worked as an RTV Buyer at both Tesco Polska and Carrefour Polska, managing the Electro - Audio/Video department with full responsibility for commercial negotiations and product strategies. Marek holds an engineering degree in Internal Transport and Warehousing from the Warsaw University of Technology.
