Monika Zaremba

Monika Zaremba is a seasoned professional in category management with extensive experience across various companies in the retail sector. As the Head of Category Management at Empik Group since July 2025, Monika has honed leadership skills and contract negotiation expertise. Monika previously served as the Head of Buying at Vollmart and held significant roles at Grupa Eurocash from 2016 to 2023, including Director of Category Management and Senior Category Manager, focusing on key performance indicators and collaborative problem-solving.
