Natalia Paciorek is an experienced Project Manager with a focus on software development and team coordination. Currently at Empik Group since March 2022, Natalia manages project teams from idea conception to maintenance, analyzing business requirements, coordinating their collection, reporting progress, and planning project scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Previous experience includes roles at Loyalty Point Sp. z o. o., Nielsen, eMAG Poland, where Natalia coordinated various projects, optimized systems, and performed market research. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from the University of Warsaw and studies at Istanbul University.
