Julio Cesar Fausto has a diverse work experience in engineering and agile coaching roles. Julio Cesar is currently the Head of Engineering at Empion since March 2023. Julio Cesar also held the position of Engineering Manager and Agile Coach at Spark Networks from October 2018 to November 2019 and from July 2016 to September 2018, respectively. Prior to that, they worked at Softplan Planejamento de Sistemas LTDA in various roles including Agile Coach, Software Development Coordinator, and System Analyst. Julio Cesar'sexperience at Softplan spanned from July 2010 to June 2016. Before Softplan, they worked as a Software Developer at the same company from 2004 to 2010. Julio began their career as an intern at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where they performed Network Management and created a secure communication system for medical equipment.
Julio Cesar Fausto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Julio also holds certifications in SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in February 2015. Julio Cesar recently acquired a certification from the University of Michigan, which is a FutureLearn certificate obtained in October 2021.
