Nils Pfefferle has extensive experience in client services and real estate analysis, currently serving as the Head of Client Services at Empira Group since September 2017. In this role, Nils has established and led the Client Services Department, facilitating collaboration across various internal departments and managing the fundraising process for real estate equity and debt products. Previously, Nils held the position of Real Estate Analyst to the Chairman/Founder at Empira Group, contributing to strategic planning, investment committee meetings, and fund preparation. Prior experiences include internships at EY, Hadley Green Investment Group, and various real estate and asset management roles, supporting tasks ranging from market analysis to transaction documentation and financial modeling. Nils holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from HAWK - University of Applied Sciences and Art and has studied Real Estate Investment & Finance at UTS - University of Technology, Sydney.
