Roger Harle

Roger Harle is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment. Currently serving as Director at Empira Group since September 2022, Roger previously held leadership roles at EnTrust Global as Head of UK and Ireland, focusing on real assets and private markets. Prior to that, Roger was Head of EMEA & US at Armajaro Asset Management LLP, where oversight encompassed a hedge fund managing significant real asset investment funds. Additional experience includes roles as Investment Specialist at Insight Investment and Investment Assistant at Brown Shipley Private Banking. Roger's academic background includes a BA Hons in Business Management and Marketing from Newcastle University and studies in Economics, Biology, Geography, and Religious Studies at Ampleforth College.
