Susan Daubenspeck has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications and education sectors. Currently serving as a Traffic Analyst at Empire Education Group since December 2014, Susan has honed skills in data analysis and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of VP Call Center Operations at Telecommunications On Demand from June 2011 to November 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing call center performance and enhancing customer service operations.
