James Grass is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hospitality, brand management, and media. As the Executive Producer, Host, and Founder of Chef's Favourite, James showcases Vancouver's top chefs through a unique short format interview series. In the role of Director of Partnerships and Brand Experience at Empire Boxing Promotions, James contributes to the development of a platform that supports emerging professional boxers. As the CEO of Memento, James leads a team focused on creating memorable events and experiences. Previously, at The Vancouver Club, James served in multiple roles, including Director of Brand Experience & Marketing, where significant revenue streams and partnerships were established, and directed numerous high-profile events. James holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Canberra.
